Although completion of the third and final part of the CD-ROM took much longer than anticipated I am sure it was worth waiting for. Unfortunately we can not afford anymore to offer you an arrangement for ordering online and paying by creditcard. The companies offering these possibilities have now become either so expensive or so unreliable that this is no longer feasible for a small business. The good news is that we have been able to extend our list of dealers so that it is now easy for most prospective buyers to buy their copies of the CD from one of these. Alternatively prospective buyers in the European Union plus Norway, Poland and Switzerland can pay into my Dutch bank account.
