The Detas brand is around 20 years old but the management of the company passes through several generations and to see the originis we have to go back to 1896 in Pola ( Istria ) where the first company was established. Object of the activity was the supply to the Italian Marine with electrical products. The third generation enter the industrial market after the 60s and now the company is managed by the fourth generation which is still leaded by Alberto Durin who will be 80 years old at the end of January 2002.
